JULIE AUSTEN C.FICB PM Dip
Director & Founder of Bookkeepers in Buckingham Ltd
Julie is the Original Co-Founder of Bookkeepers in Buckingham Ltd and with over 40 years’ experience in the bookkeeping & accounting profession Julie, also known as Jules has a wealth of knowledge.
Julie recently moved to Yorkshire & now manages the team from her office overlooking the sea on the East coast.
When not in her Yorkshire office you will find Julie touring in her Campa or out walking her ‘Boys’ (3 gorgeous Labradors) along her local beach with Brian! Failing that she will be whipping up cakes in her farmhouse kitchen.
Stephanie Partridge
Fully Certified Senior Bookkeeper MICB
Stephanie works Part-time in-between raising her family. Steph as she is known in the office has a good mixture of office-based work and travelling out to clients premises so she is a real busy bee!
Steph is one of the senior team members, with lots of knowledge under her belt she is always willing to give a helping hand to others and ensure all her clients benefit from her abundance of knowledge!
When not in the office you will find Steph out on the fields sporting a pair of wellies whatever the weather with her kiddies in tow and an array of animals…
Rahana Davies
Fully Certified Senior Bookkeeper MICB PM.Dip
Rahana more familiarly known as ‘Rah’ is the second member of the senior team in our office. Rah has a thirst for knowledge and is always readily available to help at work or home. Being flexible and committed makes Rah a valuable member of the team. Rah previously completed her payroll Diploma and works with Julie to cater for our clients payroll needs.
When not in the office Rah loves family time, she is often away on short breaks to the seaside but is guaranteed to be back in the office by Monday with her calculator and Red pen in hand!
Brian Austen
Director/Pension Compliance
Brian handles Auto-Enrolment and pension compliance for our payroll clients. He is our go to for all the pension knowledge you need!
When not in the office Brian can be found working on renovating their old farmhouse or in his man cave constructing RC Airplanes (or mending those from his latest flights!)
His favourite way to travel is on his beloved Goldwing which is polished far too regularly.
Amanda Scott
Admin Assistant
Everyone needs an Amanda in their lives!! Amanda is an integral part of team assisting everyone in their day-to-day admin and helping the office to run smoothly. We don’t quite know what we would do without her!
When not in the office, you can find Amanda looking after her family and doing some super volunteer roles!
Jodie Creed
Bookkeeper
Jodie is now an established member of team BiB and plays an important role within the team. Jodie has a great can-do attitude and is always willing to help her colleagues and get stuck in to new tasks!
When not in the office , you can find Jodie always on the go whether that be riding her horse or walking her dog Max!
Laura Miculas
Bookkeeper
Laura is a positive and assured member of Team BiB who brings enthusiasm and knowledge to her bookkeeping role. Laura has a proactive mindset and enjoys finding ways to improve and develop processes for the better.
Outside of work, Laura is a devoted mum who values quality time with her family, often embracing road trips and spontaneous mini getaways, with her dog naturally coming along for the ride. In quieter moments, she enjoys getting lost in a good book or a puzzle, small pockets of calm she has learned to truly appreciate.
